Point Distribution offers the highest balance between quality products and customer service. Most experienced buyers will tell you that the hardest things for a supplier to achieve are on time delivery and a finished product made correctly. These are skills that we excel at. We only sell business to business and have certain requirements that must be met to become a customer. A business license is required as well as a sound business concept. Please contact our sales department for more info.

We sell custom products so typically our payment terms are less lenient. For new accounts we usually require a deposit. These are typical payment terms for a skateboard manufacturer.

Point Distribution prides itself on having the fastest turnaround in the industry for most products. Some examples from our 'In-Stock program':

1. Heat transfer printed decks, printed wheels, custom bearings, custom denim; 1 week or less.
2. Printed wheels, custom bearings, custom denim; 1 week or less.
3. Die-cut griptape; 2 days or less.
4. In-Stock program consists of the most popular sizes, styles, and types of products stocked and ready for your custom details.

New graphics, re-printed transfers, new tooling, and seasonality can extend the timeline 1 to 3 weeks. We also offer a 'Build to Order program' for products with more custom options. Contact your rep for more details.

Every color in every graphic must be separated by an artist in a program like Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop. Each of these colors are then outputted to film. These films are used to make screens or plates for each color in the graphic. All of the screens or plates have to be aligned to the printing machines. Color changes require cleaning screens and/or plates and realigning of machines. These parts of the set-up use material and are very time consuming.

Point Distribution is 100% owned by a skateboarder. Almost all of the employees skate.

Samples are available of all of our products in quantities as small as 1. These are the minimum order quantities for some of our most popular custom products:

Decks
minimum 25 decks (if transfer printed you would have to have 50 transfers made but can order as little as 25 decks).

Wheels
50 sets of wheels. Wheels can be different sizes, colors, and types mixed within the same graphic.

Bearings
100 sets of bearings

Diecut Griptape
50 sheets

We regularly ship to other countries. For smaller shipments that go to other countries we ship via UPS Air (receiver will be responsible to pay any customs/duties and other import fees) . For larger shipments we highly recommend finding a logistics provider to help with freight forwarding. This will reduce your shipping costs.

Canada orders

We do not distribute other brands. We do offer a few 'house' brands for our customers that can't meet minimum order requirements.

We do not drop ship.
