  • How do I order custom products from Point Distribution?

  • What are the requirements to order from Point Distribution?

    Wholesale:

    Point Distribution Inc’s wholesale division only sells business to business. We have certain requirements that must be met to become a wholesale customer. A sound business concept is required. A business license may be required, too, depending on circumstances. Customers located in Nevada and 'Ship To' addresses in Nevada need to supply a resale certificate to not pay sales tax. Custom decks are our most popular products and although we offer as little as one custom printed deck(usually as a sample), deck quantities of 25 are usually the minimum. Deck quantities of 100 or more offer better value.

  • Are your payment terms similar to other action sports companies?

    We sell custom products so typically our payment terms are less lenient. Orders are usually paid for with a credit card as they are placed. These are typical payment terms for a skateboard manufacturer.

  • What is your turnaround time?

    Point Distribution prides itself on having the fastest turnaround in the industry for most products. Some examples from our 'In-Stock program':

    1. Heat transfer printed decks(stocked transfers), printed wheels; 1 week or less.
    2. Die-cut griptape; 3 days or less.
    3. In-Stock program consists of the most popular sizes, styles, and types of products stocked and ready for your custom details.

  • Are set-up/screen fees legitimate charges?
    Why are there set-up fees?

    Every color in every graphic must be separated by an artist in a program like Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop. Each of these colors are then outputted to film. These films are used to make screens or plates for each color in the graphic. All of the screens or plates have to be aligned to the printing machines. Color changes require cleaning screens and/or plates and realigning of machines. These parts of the set-up use material and are very time consuming.

  • Is Point Distribution owned and operated by skateboarders?

    Point Distribution is 100% owned by a skateboarder.(He doesn't skate evey day like he used to!)

  • What are your minimum order quantities for custom products?

    Samples are available of all of our products in quantities as small as 1. These are the minimum order quantities for some of our most popular custom products:

    Decks
    Digital printed as low as 1 deck. Better values at 25, 50, 100, and 300+ decks per order.

    Wheels
    25 sets of wheels. Wheels can be different sizes, colors, and types mixed within the same graphic.

    Bearings
    625 sets of bearings

    Diecut Griptape
    100 sheets

  • Do you accept international orders?

    We regularly ship to other countries. For smaller shipments that go to other countries we ship via UPS Air/USPS Priority (receiver will be responsible to pay any customs/duties and other import fees) . For shipments over 150lbs we can quote a consolidated air freight service.

  • Do you distribute other brands?

    We make products to specification all day every day for brands but we do not distribute these brand's products to their retailers or final customers. We can split ship production orders but with restrictions.

  • Do you drop ship or warehouse our custom made product?

    Each order is expected to be shipped in its entirety as the order is finished. We do not drop ship or warehouse product. If you are looking for drop shipping/warehousing we suggest you look for a 'pick and pack warehouse' as these companies specialize in this service.('pick and pack warehouses' don't actually make the product though, they just handle fulfillment).
